2 Corinthians 1:3-4 TPT

[4] He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us."

God has carried us through many trials in our lives, individually and in our marriage. He has been faithful to see us through those trials and also taught us many lessons along the way. We have experienced tremendous growth by God's loving hand.
These verses have been instrumental as He has encouraged us over the years to counsel and comfort out of those experiences He has carried us through.
We counsel and comfort with the counsel and comfort and love that He has shown to us. We share with those whom we counsel, the lessons we have learned and help them walk through their own trials, just as He has done with us.
We truly "Walk through the valley of the shadow of death . . ." with our clients. And it is our privilege to do so!
